Counselling with Geoff or Louise
- talking to a trained listener
counselling chairs together in a room

Working with either Geoff or Louise, you will benefit from our experience as trained and professional counsellors. When we first meet we can agree which of our skills you would like to use.

Please take a look at our energy healing page if you would like to benefit from that approach too.

Why is talking so important?
We find that saying things out loud is crucial, helping you to feel freer as you gain understanding, self acceptance, and relief. Talking helps with many issues.

A safe place for discovery
We provide a safe place for you to explore. We are familiar with working with people with a huge range of concerns. As a result, we are comfortable in supporting you in any level of distress – we have our own support networks so you are safe to focus on yourself.

You always retain the right to make your own decisions, we don't give advice. We listen carefully to what you have to say and then help you discover your own way forward.

What else will talking give me?
Here are a range of benefits that clients report, and that we have found during our own experience of being in counselling.
