What is The Endorphin Effect?
It is the body’s natural release of ‘feel good’ chemicals which help you feel better about life. This process can be consciously triggered and used for health management - helping to alleviate aches and pains (caused by health challenges) and reduces stress.
How does it work?
Scientific evidence supports this approach and for pain and stress relief – this (and other techniques) are being increasingly welcomed by the medical profession. The endorphin state can be triggered by physical exercise e.g. ‘runner’s high’ – but also in other ways. These more subtle ways allow it to be used almost anywhere and at any time.
Where does it originate from?
William Bloom, author of ‘The Endorphin Effect – a breakthrough strategy for holistic health and spiritual wellbeing’ has been training people in this approach from many years. Louise has trained with him in this approach and also as a Spiritual Companion.
